Project Portfolio Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Project Portfolio Manager who leads the efficient coordination and management of our growing volume of projects as we seek to boost our growth trajectory – in Switzerland and internationally!

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Active management of vlot project portfolio in close exchange with relevant stakeholders and management team:
    • Proactive management of vlot initiatives / running client projects and overall epics (incl. roadmap setup), definition of milestones as well as KPI analysis and progress tracking
    • Tracking and management of specific projects and relevant business tickets
    • Translation of project related requirements into relevant business tickets and alignment with IT development and overall pipeline
  • Responsible for all project relevant KPIs / metrics and project portfolio steering
  • Contribution to active development of vlot product suite through joint ideation sessions / feature development

You are:

  • A motivated self-starter with strong communication and conceptual skills interested in changing the way people think about their financial well-being and passionate about digital transformation in the insurance space!

You bring along:

  • University degree (BS / MA) or equivalent education (FH / University of Applied Sciences)
  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in project management environment (financial services, management consulting or IT a plus)
  • Working experience / understanding of European insurance and financial markets landscape as well as affinity to startups
  • Excellent project management skills with certificates (PMI or equivalent)
  • Strong conceptual and presentation skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Languages: German and English are a must – at least one of Italian / French / Spanish is required
