Software Engineer (Junior/Senior)

We are looking for a Software Engineer and techie who loves to code and helps us take our services and web apps to the next level.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Software engineering in frontend and backend (depending on interest)
    • Web design and UI/UX
    • Server-side APIs
    • Financial modeling in our engine
    • Data analytics and databases (BI)
    • Automation and DevOps (CI/CD)
  • Co-create our architecture
  • Ideation and feature design in collaboration with financial experts and customers
  • Code reviews, design discussions and knowledge transfer in the team
  • Write tests, fix bugs and improve our code quality

You are:

  • A motivated techie with an affinity for solving complex problems in simple code and an interest in financial well-being.

You bring along:

  • ETH / University degree (BS / MA) or equivalent education (FH / University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • A passion for technology
  • 3-5 years experience in software development
  • Experience in multiple programming languages of advantage
  • An interest in functional programming
  • Affinity for finance and financial modeling
  • Ideally experience with Azure. Linux, Kubernetes and database technologies
  • Proficiency in English and at least one of German / Italian / French / Spanish
