Business Intelligence / Data Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Business Intelligence / Data Analyst who will help us on our journey to becoming a leader in the space of financial wellbeing as well as boosting our growth trajectory – in Switzerland and internationally!

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and improve PowerBI reports and improve data visualization as well as contextual information for relevant customer stakeholders (senior management, clients, etc.)
  • Shape and drive overall responsibility for business intelligence concept, reports and technical implementation in close collaboration with CTO & tech team
  • Perform in-depth analysis on data sets for actionable insights (demographic developments, savings behavior, coverage gaps, geographic distribution, market potential, etc.)
  • Extract relevant key insights as a source of sales and marketing content and summarize in written form (memo / paper)
  • Define and expand “vlot Financial Wellbeing KPIs” for both vlot internal and dedicated customer reports with the aim of providing a benchmark source on the development of Financial Wellbeing
  • Collaborate on ML algorithms for vlot benchmarking and product configurator
  • Support CEO / CPO in sales pitches, events and presentations with relevant data content

Requirements

  • University degree (MA) or equivalent education (FHNW; University of Applied Sciences) with preference Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics
  • Working experience in the area of data analysis / business intelligence. Additional experience in the fields of finance / insurance / banking is a plus
  • Proven experience in conceptual design in the area of data and analytics, data visualization and working with business intelligence setups
  • General interest around financial wellbeing as well as affinity to startups is a plus
  • Strong conceptual and visualization skills, particularly PowerBI and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Structured approach with strong attention to detail in all areas of work
  • Flexible team player adept at dealing with tight deadlines
  • Languages: German and English are a must – at least one of Italian / French / Spanish is a plus
